ABOUT LITTLE DAISY

Little Daisy is a Franco-American bistro located in the heart of Dallas, driven to be a communal gathering place where the core is bound by cuisine. Menu notes point to the comfort food of both France & USA, creating a fusion between the best of both countries.

“I love to go back to Paris,” Ernest Hemingway said, “going in the back door and have no interviews & no publicity and never get a haircut, like in the old days. Want to go to cafés where I know no one but one waiter and his replacement, see all the new pictures and the old ones... Find good restaurants where you can walk over all the town and see where we made our mistakes and where we had our few bright ideas.”

Inspired by many expatriates’ time in Paris, the world’s most prolific writers & artists to date thrived in the back rooms of restaurants where culinary, cocktails, and sounds of the time thrived. A lively step back into café culture brings this lifestyle to the forefront at Little Daisy.

The naming of Little Daisy is inspired by a cocktail many Texans have come to know & enjoy: The Margarita. Margarita translates directly to mean ‘Little Daisy,’ and the restaurant, bar, & café takes pride in its focus to perfect ‘the classics’ of both French & American culture.

Little Daisy embraces the motif of its floral namesake – an energy that’s playful yet tasteful, European but not pretentious, & timeless yet inspiringly bold.

In Texas as it is in Paris...
